Troubleshooting was actually quick, which was a nice surprise. It fixed most of the problems I was having, so I guess that’s a win. A few things still weren’t perfect, but apparently expecting everything to be fully resolved might be asking too much

We’ve had a few solid storms since I put this in, and I figured that would be the real test. The fence is still working like normal, with no weird beeping or random issues after everything got soaked. I kind of assumed water might sneak in somewhere, but so far it seems sealed up really well. Easy 5 stars from me.

I got the fence activation working in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I feel like this process used to be a little more straightforward. A couple of the steps weren’t super clear, and I ended up having to try it again once before it worked. Not a huge deal, but I do wish it was simpler.

The training stuff was actually really helpful. Everything was clear and easy to follow, and it made the setup way less confusing. My gut says they put real thought into making it simple for people to get started.

It works fine most of the time, but I’ve had issues with the boundary drifting around the trees in my yard. It’s frustrating because I expected it to be more reliable, especially for the price. I’m hoping the company will make this right somehow, whether that’s a fix, replacement, or some kind of compensation...

We got the fence set up and it actually worked fine, but the collar was the issue for us. It looked bulky on my medium-sized dog, and he kept scratching at it nonstop. I tried adjusting it a few different ways and gave him breaks, but it still ended up rubbing his neck a little. Maybe it fits some dogs better, but it definitely wasn’t comfortable for mine. the canned apology from customer service didn’t help much either. I would’ve appreciated actual advice instead of the usual “sorry for the inconvenience” reply.

The fence itself works okay, but the charging part has been frustrating. The collar seems to need charging way more often than I expected, and it’s really easy to forget until it’s already an issue. I also feel like there should be a clearer warning or something, because it kind of feels like that was overlooked. It’s not a terrible product, but for daily use it’s not as convenient as I hoped.

I’ve been using SpotOn on our property, and it’s been okay overall. In the open areas it works well, but once my dog gets into the thicker trees, the signal can drift a bit and he gets confused. Setup was simple. It’s still useful for us, just not perfect with all the woods.

Not gonna lie, I was a little worried the SpotOn collar would get beat up quickly, but after a few months it’s still holding up great. My dog is constantly running through brush and mud, and it gets wet often too. So far, no cracks, no loose parts, and the battery door and strap still feel really solid. It’s definitely been tougher than I expected

Onboarding with SpotOn Fence was okay overall, but not as smooth as I thought it would be. The setup started to make sense after a bit, but I had to go back and reread a few sections to really figure things out. Support was friendly when I reached out, though it did take a little while to get everything cleared up. Some of the instructions could definitely be explained better. It wasn’t a bad first experience, just kind of average. I’m hoping the day-to-day use is a lot easier, because if it keeps feeling this clunky, I’d probably start looking at other options

I’m giving SpotOn Fence 5 stars mostly because the app was easy to use. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but I was able to get the fence set up without too much trouble, which was a nice surprise.

The map and boundary tools made sense after I played around with them for a bit, and I really like being able to check things quickly from my phone. It makes the whole setup feel a lot more manageable.

The only small issue I had was that the app froze once and I had to restart it. It worked fine after that, but I did feel like some kind of acknowledgment or apology would’ve been nice. Overall though, I’m really happy with it.

I’ve usually had good experiences with this brand, so I was a little torn writing this. The fence materials themselves were totally fine and what I expected, but the order took way longer to arrive than I thought it would. The shipping updates were slow and not very helpful, which made the wait more frustrating. I still like the brand, but this delivery experience definitely tested my patience.

It works well when our dog is out in the open yard, but once he gets near the garage or our big metal shed, it starts getting a bit spotty. The collar sometimes acts like the boundary is shifted or just not reading right, which makes me wonder how reliable it really is around metal or structures. It’s not awful, but it’s definitely annoying when the dog is close to the buildings. Overall, I’d say it’s okay, but I’m still a little suspicious of how accurate it is in certain spots.

I’m a bit biased because I really value fast notifications, but these alerts came through quicker than I expected. For me, that makes a big difference

The subscription feels fair to me, and it’s been working fine so far. I’m particular about what I keep paying for, but this one meets my personal standard and does what I need without any hassle.

The fence itself is fine, no real complaints there. But the support was way too slow for me. I sent a couple messages and ended up waiting days to hear back, which got annoying fast. It’s not the worst experience ever, but when I need a quick answer, I don’t have the patience to sit around waiting that long

The fence was fine at first and I didn’t really have any complaints about it. The annoying part came when I needed to use the warranty. Maybe it was just bad timing on my end, but replies were slow and I ended up having to explain the same issue more than once. They’re not the worst company or anything, I just expected the support to be a little smoother after buying.

Overall, this is a handy portable fence and it does what I need it to do. It’s easy enough to move around, which is really the main point of getting something like this. My only complaint is the carry bag feels like it should be stronger, since that’s what you’re using to haul everything around. Common sense says the bag needs to hold up just as well as the fence itself. Still, the fence is useful and I’m glad to have it.

I’ve had this for a few weeks now, and I’m really pleased with it. The boundary has stayed consistent every single day, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. My dog figured it out quickly too, and so far there haven’t been any weird jumps or surprises. It’s been a great experience overall
